LONDON, Sept. 29. ' 'New Loan Fiasco' ' on the posters was how the. evening papers announced th© poor public response to tlie New South Wales loan. Th© financial eclitors in their comment say they are not aurprised, as New South Wales has been a frequent borrower and its Joans are very seldom fully suhscrihed.
