(Sydney Sun Cable®. ) (Received Sept. 29, 5.5 p'.m.) LONDON, Sept. 28. A movement to encourage the use of the Imperial lustitute's exhibition galleries to aid the knowledge of history and geography and developuieut of the Empire was inaugurated in the presence of London 's head teachers. Mr Arthur Samuel, M.P., tlianked Sir James Allen for arranging the New Zealand court. He said he hoped that the other Dominions would emulate his example and rnake the courts a miniature Wembley.
