(Received Sept. 28, 11.50 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 27. Advices from Berlin state that a tentative Royal property agreement between the ex-Ivaiser's legal advisers and representatives of the Pnissian Government gives the former Royal Family £1,500,000 in eash for several castl'es and count-ry estates. This requires endorsement by Parliament, and tlie Commimists have alreadv announced opposition.
