PALMERSTON N., Sept. 29. "This man is a methylated spirits addict, Who u inrrestcd he had in his possession iai lialf bottle of miethylated spirits," statecl SeniorSergeant O'Grady wlien a mah named Crozicr appearcd at the Police Court this morning charged with heipless di'unkenness. The Jusbices imposed a fine of £5, remarking: "lf you take the alteruative of fourteen days it will give you time to soher up a little."
