AYELLINGTON, Siept, 29. When, the case in which Mrs Per-i-iir is charged with the murder of lier children on Sept. 11th came before the Court to-day, Af r Leioester appeaJed on behalf of the husband against the remand from week to week. The woman was detained at a mental hospital ancl miglit probably never come out. Remands did not affect her, but the liusband, an, elderly man, was graclually breaking down iincler Ihe stfain. Afr Page said it was a case where the police miglit consider tlie withdrawing of tlie proeeedings in the meantime, and he adjourned it for another week so that the Chief Detective miglit consult liis Superior offxcers.
