CANADIAN QUIBBLING.
VANOOUVER, Sept. 25. Mr J. H. MaeDonald, chairman of the British Columbia division of the Canadian Manufacturers' Association, in a long newspaper article, appeals to Canadians to stop quibbling over the Oanadian-Ausfcralian Treaty and to sink political differences, and instead to presis the Imperial Conferenee no longer to delay a( full measure of preference hetween the Motherland and the Dominions.
