Advices from Winnipeg state that prairie provinoes and is causing the most serious delav in harvesting experienced for ma.ny years, and it is i'eared that it will result in great Hoss to farmers through the deterioration of grade value. The Manitoba farmers are already suffering an estimated loss of twelve million dollars through inclement weather. Snowstorms of blizzard proportions are prevailing in manv sections to-day.
