CAPETOWN, Sept. 26. It is authoritatively fttated that the Union delegxtioii to tlie Imperial Oonference wjll take the oppoitunity to negotiate ihe basis of reciprooal tarirf treaties with Britain, Oanada, and Australia, and pcssibly Ireland. The Premier will probably visit Lisbon, wliere he is informed that conversations are iikely in regard to a renewal of the Mozambiquo Convention with Portugal Mainly for these reasons a numher of technical advisers will accompany the del.egation .
