In the first competition he recorded 1.42 points oufc ol' 150, it; the second 67 points oul of 70, and in Lhe match completed yesterday he capped the lot with 97 out of 100. It isdoulrtful if any other rifle-shot in New Zealand holds a'better record, G. Jackson was ay.a'ii runner-up, gaining second place in the three competitions.
