The N.Z. Loan arid Mercantile Agency Co.. report holding their monthly sale of hides, sheepskins, tallow, etc. on Tuesday last when they again offered a. large and varied eatar- , logtve to a full attendance' of visiting and local buyers. Bidding for choice lots was animated, and with the exception of a few small lots of. bale wool they cleared the whole of "their catalogue at following prices:— Sheepskins: Merino, 7Jd; .second quality, s£d: dead, 4jd.
