The secretary of the "Shipwreck Relief Society has telegraphed to the Marine Superintendent at Auckland asking if assistance ifc necessary in connection with the collision, between the Clansman and Putiki, and also to the" Mayor of Westport asking if 'assistance is wanted for the crew of the Kami. ;
