LONDON, Feb. <£. Dr Rumbold, of Leeds, states that since Knight sustained concussion of the brain in a motor, accident he had been subject to periodical attacks of uncontrollable impulses. Sir J. W. Taverner states that Victoria will .probably recoup from Knight's money the cost of the assisted passages.
