INVITED TO VISIT AUSTRALIA.

EXPRESSES HIMSELF AS

PLEASED

[PBBBS ASSOCIATION.] (Received Fob. 5, 5-5 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Feb. 5. ' p Mr X, O'Malley, Federal Minister ror Home Affairs, has received a letter from Mr Roosevelt stating that nothing would give him greater pleasure than to visit Australia. He cannot imagine any American, seriously interested, in the affairs of his country who would not feel himself fortunate in having the chance to visit the great Commonwealth. Personally he has a very great admiration for Australian people.
