The weather was fine for the holiday and the city was full of visitors. The attendance at the Agricultural Show numbered fifty thousand, and that at the races over twenty thousand.
Sydney, April 1.
The revenue of the State for the nine months shows an increase of £241,000 over that of the corresponding period of last year, while the increase in the balance of the revenue collected by the Commonwealth returned the State £1,404,000.
