A BLIND-FOLDED DELEGATE.
London, March 28. Shalk-Burger aud his party reached Kroonstad on the 23rd.
One delegate was blindfolded on th© 24th and escorted through the lines with a white flag to meet Steyn ana the rest of his party. He lived at a station and afterwards a private house, awaiting his return.
