HENRY DODSON Has received instructions from the Trustees to Sell by Auction, at his Sale Rooms, in Blenheim, on Saturday, the 27th day of November, 1869, at Two p.m.,— ALL those Pour Allotments of LAND, being part of Allotment number 30 on the plan of the Town of Blenheim, viz.,— Lot 1, having a frontage to Wynen-street of 26 feet by a depth of 71 feet. Lot 2, having a frontage to Market Placo of 30 feet, and to Wynen-street of 42 feet. Lot 3 and 4, having each a frontage to Market Place of 20 feet by a depth of 42 feet. The purchasers of the above Allotments will be entitled to the use of a right-of-way of 10 feet wide from Wynen-street. The above are unquestionably the most valuable building sites in Blenheim. Conditions at Sale. Further particulars of the Auctioneer, or of W. M. Nelson, 544 Solicitor, Blenheim. Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a proviso contained in a certain Deed of Mortgage, bearing date the Fifth day of January, 1869, and made between James Sinclair, therein described, of the one part; and Edward Pearce, therein described, of the other part; and in accordance with instructions received from the said Edward Pearce, MR. NOTICE is hereby given that, on and after the 30th day of November next, the provisions of “ The Cattle Trespass Act, 1867,” will be enforced on my Land,Upton Downs; Upton Fells; Chalk Range, Awatere District; And I further hereby give notice that it is my intention to claim damages for Cattle trespassing on the said Land, and upon such portions thereof as are fenced or unfenced, together with driving fees.
