HENRY DODSON Is instructed to Sell by Public Auction, at liis Sale Rooms, in Blenheim, on Saturday, the 13th day of November, 1869, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, ALL that Allotment or parcel of Land, containing one rood more or less, situate in the Town of Blenheim, being Allotment numbered 125 on the plan of the said town, bounded towards the North by High-street; towards the South by Allotment number 118; towards the East by Allotment number 124 on the plan of the said town; and towards the West by Henry-street. Together with the Buildings now on the said land, in the occupation of Mr. Rayner. ALL that Allotment or parcel of Land situate in the Town of Blenheim, and being Allotment number 200 on the plan of the said town. Bounded towards the North by Allotment numbered 202 (250 links) ; towards the East by Allotment number 199 (100 links); towards the South by Allotment number 201 (250 links); and towards the West by Dash wood-street ( 100 links). Together with the Buildings erected thereon, and now in the occupation of Mr. W. Shepheard. Seventy-five per Cent, of the purchase money can remain for One Year on mortgage of above property H. Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a provisa contained in a certain Deed of Mortgage, bearing date the Twentyeighth day of September, 1867, and made between James Sinclair, therein described of the one part; and the New Zealand Loan & Mercantile Agency Company (Limited), of the other part; and in accordance with instructions received from the said Company, MR. HENRY DODSON, Of Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough, in New Zealand, will sell by Public Auction, at his Mart, Alfredstreet, Blenheim, on Saturday, the 27th day of November, 1869, at Two p.m.,— ALL those Allotments or Parcels of LAND, situate in the Town of Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough, aforesaid, oach containing by admeasurement One Rood (more or less), and being Allotments numbers forty-two (42), fortythree (43), forty-eight (48), forty-nine (49), fifty (50), fifty-three (53), fifly-rbur (54), fifty-five (55), fifty-six (56), fiftyseven (57), fifty-eight (59), fifty-nine (59), and sixty (60), on the plan of the said Town. Also, all that Piece or Parcel of LAND situate in the District of Omaka, containing by admeasurement One Acre, Two Roods, and One Perch (more or less), being Section number one hundred and seventy-four (174). on the plan of the said District, formerly a public road, and called by the name of Red .vood-street, save and except thereout a j iece fof Land sixty-four (64) links wi'e, and two hundred and seventy links i:; length, and commencing at a distance of one thousand three hundred and sixty links from the North-eastern angle of said Section. And also all that piece or parcel of LAND situate in the District of Opawa, in the said Province, containing by esti mation Three Acres (more or less), being part of Section number forty-six (46), Opawa District aforesaid,bounded towards the East by the Opawa River; towards the South by other part of same section recently sold to one Archibald Paisley Stuart (236 links) ; and towards the West by said Section nnmber 174.
