THE PRINCE’S VISIT.
To the Ed'-r of the Marlborough Express. Sir, — How pleasant it must be to those who have been kotowing to the Duke of Edinburgh, to learn from the late English telegrams that when he makes presents , the little bill is sent to the British Government for payment! So much for royal itch, and loyal scratching ! I am, &c. B.
