Reuter's Telegrams — Copyright. London, Nov. 12. The cargo of frozen mutton eso Aorangi, was placed in the market iv good condition and is realising full current rates. The supplementary estimates laid before Parliament include Ll ? 000,000for the Army, and L 333,000 for the Navy in connection with the present operations in Egypt, and L 750,000 (sic) for expenses of. the projected restoration to British authority of Bechuanaland, Colonel Warner, with a force of infantry, has sailed for the Cape and on arrival there will proceed to Buchuanaland and formally restore British authority in that territory.
