SPITTING IN CHURCH.
+- TO THE EDITOR. , Sißjr-'I happened to be present at one of our churches last Sunday eyening, and was disgusted by the action of one who was constantly spitling on the floor, until the locality of the building V7hero he sat was more like a bar parlor than a place dedicated .to* the' worship of the Deity. 1 suppose people may , do as they please in their own homes, and spit where they like, but a sense of decency ought to restrain the beastly habit in God's house. — I am, etc., Spittoon. Gore, Nov. 3, 1884.
