» PUKKRAU v. GORE. The fellowing are the scores made in the niatch Gore v. Pukerau, played at Fukerau oh' Saturday. r It resulted, as will bo seen, in a most decisive victory for the home team, which won by one innings and 10 runs. For the Gore team, Simsen bowled well, taking six wickets, most of them being bowled ; and Labatt, with 11, was the highest scorer for his team. For the home team J. M'Kenzie bowled well. T. B. Gazzard, J. TT Eadie. and W. Webster were the most successful in batting. The fielding of J. W. Eadie was very good. Mr M'Cubbin acted as umpire for Gore, and Mr C. Trussler for the local tean. ■
