Mr Caleb Froggatt, grocer and grain speculator of Invercargill has filed his schedule. He started in a small business 18 mouths ago, and has failed for £3200 in addition to whioh his friends paid off £2300! The assets are stated at £1200. The creditors want a searching enquiry into the whole business, and especially into bankrupt's dealings with Mr Bateman, of the Farmers' Co-operative Co.
