THE VIOTORIAN MARKETS.
The Melbourne manager of the National Mortgage and Agenoy Company reports of local markets as follows :— Wheat is firm at 6s Id. Malting barley is very strong at 4s Od to 5s 2d, New Zealand oats, feeding qualities, are worth 3a 3d; milling ditto, 4s; quota--1 tions for seeds are nominal.
