The rate of subscription will not ha incr/'iwf. but will remain the same as heretofore per quarter, except in cases where papers are posted, when the extra postage will he added to the charge. Subscribers receiving the Timms by post, will "continue to rc-rive the tri-weekly edition, unless the proprietor is instructed otherwise. Tim price of single Copies will he REDUCED TO ONE PENNY. A TRI-WEEKLY EDITION - -similar to that now issued—will lie published every Triismv, Turusn.w, and S.VTlutit.w, for the convenience of Country Suhseribers, and will contain all the news up to dale in a compact and readable form. The proprietor confidently trusts to the Public to support him in this important iindertakiuo, the expense involved m making this concession to his suberibers being a very heavy one. The paper will continue to lie conducted upon the same independent lines as formerly, under which it has achieved such great success. Strict attention will he paid to local matters, and to ail subjects having a bearing on the interests of the district.
