WARDEN’S COURT, HAVELOCK.

The usual fortnightly sitting was held oil Thursday, April 15th, at 10 o’clock. Wm. Oliver and party applied fora lease of 10 acres of alluvial ground at Wilson’s Beach, etc., for a tail-iaee, dam, and tailing deposit site. • , f Mr McNab appeared for the applicants, and the application was granted —five men to be employed for the first six months and ten men afterwards.
Hart anil party applied to have P. Doherty’s name struck out of a mining certificate, for five acres on Wilson’s Beach. Mr McNab for Mr Doherty, on hearing evidence, withdrew tho objection by consent of his Honor,
This conoludeil all hut purely formal business.
