Kua Meinga hei Ture e te Runangn Nui o Niu Tireni e noho huihui roto i te Paremete, i runga ano i tona
mana, ara:
1. (1.) Te lugoa Poto o tenei Ture ko " Te Ture Reiti Whenua Maori, 1904": a ko ia tetahi wahi o, a me korero tahl raua ko, "Te Ture Reiti, 1893" (kahuaina i raro nei ko "te tino Ture "). (2.) Ko tenei Ture me titnata tona whai mana i te tnhi o nga ra o Aperira, kotahi mano e iwa rau e rima. _________ Kua patna.
2. Ahakoa nga kupu o roto i "Te Ture Reiti, 1894," ko nga whenua Maori e whai ake nei ka ahei te tono Ida utu i katoa nga moni reiti e tonoa ana i ia wa i ia wa hui atu ki nga reiti motuhake:—
a. Nga whenua katoa, he mea whakawhiwhi kite Maori e te Karauna e tetahi Pakeha ranei mo te utu totika i runga i te hoko, i te riihi, i tetahi atu tikanga ranei. b. Nga whenua katoa e tika ana i Diua atu kia utu i te puuru reiti. e. Era atu whenua katoa e whaka-
haua ana e te Kmvana i.. roto i tona Raunihera, i runga i te ota i perehitia ki roto kite Gazette mete Kahiti, kia taka ki raro ki nga tikanga o tenei 1 lire.
