OKOROIRE RAILWAY.

In accordance with the scheme being adopted throughout the length of the Rotorua line, the Okoroire railway buildings, including the station, goods-shed and porter's residence, are being renovated. Thursday's rain was greatly appreciated bv farmers in this district, for the dry 'spell was having a most detrimental effect on the grasses. Farmers will now be able to proceed with swede sowings.
