ENGLISH FIRM STARTS. Erection of Buildings. Mr. Badger, the representative of the English constructing firm of J. G. White, was in Putaruru on Tuesday and arranged for the carting of 3000 feet of timber from the Waotu mill to Arapuni for the erection of buildings. He mthnatejd that his firm felt fairly confident of obtaining the conduct for the erection of the Arapuni dam and were erecting these buildings as a preliminary.
