At tho Morrinsvillo Polico court on Thursday, a young man named Roland Francis Cnundlo appeared boforo Mossrs H. J. Clifford and C. M. Gummor J’s.P. to anawor six chargos of embezzling inonoy from his employer, Mr R. Cnsoy, butcher of Waharoa. In all casos it was allogod accused, who was on tho cart for his emyloyor, had rocoived inonoy from customers and not paid it in. Tho accusod resorvod his dofouco and was committed on all charges to tho Hamilton Supreme Court. Bail was allowed in a porsonal suroty of £SO and another of £IOO. Sergt. Cassells appeared for tho polico and Mr E. McGregor for tho accusod.
