That National Prohibition with compensation shall come into force throughout New Zealand. (2.) That licenses for the sale of intoxicating liquor shall continue to be granted subject to the provisions of the Licensing Act, 1908. Nominations of persons to appoint scrutineers in accordance with the Licensing Act, 1908, and its amendments, must be lodged with me not later than 5 o’clock in the afternoon of the 3rd day of April, 1919; and I hereby give notice that I shall on the sth day of April, 1919, at the hour of elevon o’clock in the forenoon, at my office in the Court-house, Tauranga, publicly consider all nomination-papors of persons to appoint scrutineers which have boen duly lodged in respect of the Special Licensing Poll for the said licensing district.
