MATAMATA SHOW.

dumping Classes Fill Well. Entries for the ninth annual Matamata show closed on Monday, and it is gratifying to be able to record a increase in entries. The public will be pleased to learn that the hacks and hunter classes have filled particularly well. In the cattle classes the entries are also a record. A falling off is noted in the harness classes. The sixteenth (Waikato) Regimental band w'-ill be at the show, and also a “ merry-go-round and “ ocean-wave,” for the children. Providing March 20th is a fine day the show should be the most successful yet held. Mr B. Blennerhassett and the cpmmittee have all the arrangements well in hand.
