The was a great crowd at tho New Plymouth railway station recently when the mail train arrived “ What ia all the crowd about—returning soldiers?" asked an unsophisticated onlooker “ Returning soldiers, be —-—. Why, Desert Gold is on the train ! ” was the reply.
