WALTON.

The district is having its share of sickness as each day brings reports of fresh cases. Saturday evening those interested in the proposed factory met in the hall to consider the question of site, and also whether it should be casein or cheese. It was decided to erect the factory near the sand-pit at the corner of Campbell’s road. Mr Insull was appointed secretary to gather information on the merits of cheese and casein, the question being left an open one for the time being.
