HUNGAHUNGA DRAINAGE BOARD
Loan of £SOOO for Land Drainage over a part of the Hungahunga Drainage District not being a legal sub-division. „ SPECIAL ROLL. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913,” notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Hungahunga Drainage board to raise under the authority of sub-section 3 of section 3 of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913,” a special loan of £SOOO for land drainage over a portion of the Hungahunga Drainage District which is not a legal sub-division, viz., the south Waihekau Special Rating Area comprising portions of Blocks 11., 111., Tapapa Survey District, and Blocks V, VII., IX., XIII., Wairere Survey District, and that a Special ’ Roll of the ratepayers of that area has been prepared, completed, and is deposited for public inspection at the office of the Board, Council Chambers, Rewi street, Te Aroha (a true copy of the said roll can be seen at Mr A. Tong’s store, Waharoa) and will remain open, for inspection from the first day of November, 1918, to the ninth day of November, 1918. Any person whose name appears on the Roll may object to any matter or thing contained in the said roll, or the omission of any matter or thing from the said roll, and may forward notice thereof in writing to the clerk to the board within seven days after the last day on which the said roll was deposited as aforesaid. Such notice shall be in duplicate, and shall state fully the grounds of objection, and also the full name and address of the objector. Dated at Te Aroha this 31st day of October, 1918. FRED. WM.
