Jack Tai, £ll 7s Rose Bros. Ltd., v. Tarei, £3 18s 4d; Rose Bros. Ltd., v. Harete Taylor, £4 7s; Rose Bros., Ltd., v. Luke Barrett, £lO 19s 8d; Matamata Timber and Hardware Co., Ltd., v. J. A. Mason, £SO 18s lid; Rose Bros. Ltd., v. Pohe Thompson, £26 19s 3d; Rose Bros. Ltd., v. Karawia, £22 13s lid ; J. W. Tyrrell v. David Moore, £5; J. E. Fitzgerald v. Irirangi, £6. H. Ashton, on a judgment summons, was ordered to pay George Court and Sons £lO 7s lOd by instalments of 15s per week.
