COMING SALES.

On Saturday next, at Ngarua, the Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering company will sell on behalf of Mr A. Scherer, who has sold his farm, the whole of his live and dead stock, including 85 dairy cows, 35 springing heifers, 20 pigs, etc. Forty-five choice dairy cows (Shorthorns) will be sold on the farm at Matamata on Monday for Mr E. E. Clark, who has also disposed of his farm. The cows are recommended as being in first-class order, and in calf to a Shorthorn bull. At Tirau on Thursday next the freehold property of Mr W. H. Allen, comprising 207 acres subdivided and well-watered and handy to the railway station, will be sold. Seventy choice dairy cows, due early, 20 three-year heifers, and implements, etc., will also be sold for the same vendor.
