Ko Toku Tipuna Tane
by Moti Hori Proctor With tears in his eyes he sang for me That night so long ago clow n upon . the East Cape where the Decalantis grows Callorsed hands clutching (dr flicking tongue rolling eyes his stamping foot upon the floor The wild spirit of the pukana of the man that I do love. His face is wrinkled leather his hair is greyed full his skin is brown coffee his heart belongs to me In feathered gold stetson I can see him standing old Reminescing of people, times and places of days when he belonged.
