iV.Wh: M'GAW, of Queenstown, in the Province of Otago and Colony of New Zealand, publican, has by deed of assignment bearing date the twenty-ninth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, and made between the said James M'Gaw of the first part DAVID WEAVER, of Queenstown aforesaid, storekeeper, and JOSHUA GIBSON, of the same place, storekeeper, of the second part, and the several other persons whose names and seals are thereunto subscribed and set, being severally creditors in their own right or in copartnership of the third part, assigned all and singular th** stock-in-trade, goods, chattels, credits and other personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of him the said James M'Gaw or any person in trust for him is or are possessed or entitled, unto the said David Weaver and Joshua Gibson in trust for all the creditors of the said James M Gaw. And Notice is hereby further given that the said deed now lies for signature by and on behalf of the creditors of the said James M'Gaw at the office of Heury Eimes Campbell, in Ballaratstreet, Queenstown aforesaid, solicitor. And Notice is hereby further given that the said deed now lies for signature by and on behalf of the creditors of the said James Cams at the office of Henry Elmes Campbell, in Ballaratstreet, Queenstown aforesaid, solicitor.
