London, October 18. The Socialists have announced their intention of carrying out the proposed demonstration of the 9th proximo, despite the warning of the police, and will adhere to all their plans. England, in conjunction with the other Great Powers, lias assured the Russian Government that they do not favor the return ot Prince Alexander to Bulgaria, nor approve of liis reelection to the throne of that country. Rome, October 19. Cholera has now entirely disappeared from Italy. Vienna, October 18. Cholera, which recently made its appearance at Buda Pe;sth, is increasing in virulence, and many fresh cases are reported daily. Sofia, October 19. Gadben Effendo, Turkish special envoy, lias arrived here with the object to bring about a reconciliation between Bulgaria and Russia. It is understood that lie supports the demands of the Russian Government in connection with the future government of the country. St. Petersburg, October 19. A report is current here to-day that the Grand Duke Nicholas Czar witch is seriously ill.
