A number of men who had been at Cambridge Gulf, intending tq proceed to Kimberley have returned to Adelaide. Brisbane, August 24. The Government have received a telegram from London stating that there is no foundation for the report which has been circulated to the effect that the Imperial Government had promised to introduce a Bill providing for the separation of North and South Queensland.
