The re-actionary agitation in support of the Prince is extending to the garrisons and population of Shumla, Tirnova, Nicopolis, Widdin, and Silistria. The Romanian troops are in favor of Prince Alexander. Prince Alexander is now a prisiner on board a yacht, and is being conveyed down the Danube. Calcutta, August 24. Indian Government have chartered fifteen steamers to convey a force of 10,000 troops to Burmah in October next, in order to suppress the Decoit j disturbances in the country.
