The Buller County Council in conjunction with the Westport Borough Council, propose to erect a Bridge over the Buller River withinfthe Borough of Westport, the est : mated cost of which* is £20,743. 2. The amount of the yearly payments required to be made by the Buller County Council is i>259 5* 9d for ten years, and the amount of the special rate required to met the said payments will be 3-16 of Id in the £1 on the total rateable value of the property within the County. 3.
