Thompson j (Duuedinl. —Defendant, against whom a | judgment for certain calls had been given at a previous Court, applied for a rehearing ; but as his agent, Mr M'Coy, was absent, an adjournment was made J until next Court day, sth August, proper notices as to the re-hearing to be lodged in the form prescribed. 1 WARDEN'S COURT. A. Accolino v. United Aloine Co.— Claim for <£l93 Os 8d for alleged extras ! &c. in connection with a certain mining contract. Plaintiff applied for an adjourn--1 ment to next Court day, as his counsel, 1 Mr Ilaselden, was engaged in the District Court, at Westport. Adjourned to sth August. The other business consisted of some applications which were of no public interest.
