IN CHAMBERS. His Honor Mr Justice Dennistou held a sitting of the Supremo Court in Chambers yesterday. . Probateof the wills of the late Canon Francis Khowles ■ (Mr Andrews) and James Kershaw Walshaw (MessTs Russell and Anthony) was granted. Letters of administration were granted in the estate of Thompson Daw&uu (Messrs Papprill and Conlan). An order by consent was made in White and others v. Collie to .issue notice to a fourth party under Rule 95, Supreme Court Code. Mr T. D. Harman appeared in support. An application for commission to confirm the Registrar's report was granted in the estate of Margaret Kerr (deceased). Mr H. Slater appeared for the executors. His Honor granted tho application of petitioner in the divorce action Sarah Hurley v. John Henry Hurley, for security against respondent for petitioner's costs. The amourii of costs was fixed at £3O.
