Ingram Small, stolen on December 24, 1913, one the property of Dorothy Irene Squire, stolen on March 13, and one the property or William Ingram, stolen on November 18. It was necessary to take the depositions of the year-old case, which could not ho dealt with summarily, and accused was remanded till Wednesday.

LYTTELTON. . Mr L. A. Stringer, J.P-, presided at the Lyttelton Magistrate’s Court yesterday and fined Charles Schon os on a charge of being drunk on the Lyttelton railway station. Dn a lurtlier charge of assaulting Martin Puckei Tranter, Mchon was remand till Monday.
