IMMEDIATE WAR.
A FAVOURABLE MOMENT. ADVICE TO GERMANY. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. \ BERLIN, February 26. A writer in the paper “Die Post” advocates immediate war asj the only means of extricating Germany from her intolerable situation among the European Powers. Ho says that in the lives of nations there are complications and dangers which can only be dispersed by the sword.
“ Our situation to-day belongs to this category. At the moment the conditions are favourable. Franco is not ready to fight. Great Britain is involved in intercolonial and colonial difficulties. Russia shrinks from war, because she fears a revolution.
“ Shall we wait until eur oppbnents are ready, or shall we use a favourable moment to force a decision?”
