DEPUTATION TO MR RUNCIMAN. POSITION OF THE DOMINIONS. By Telogiaph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, February 25. The Right Hon W. Runciman, President of the Board of Agriculture, will receive a deputation on Tuesday from the Margarine Conference. The Hon T. Mackenzie considers that the representatives of the dairying industries of Australia and New Zealand, while attending in support of the deputation in every way, should not take a leading part, but give a prominent position to representatives of the English, Scottish and Irish interests.
