She was attended at once. She is a daughter of Mr W. . Graham, late of Beath's, Christchurch.. TRAM ACCIDENT. Shortly after- three o'clock yesterday afternoon a man named Edward Barrett was knocked down by an electric tramoar near the Terminus. Hotel, at the corner of Manchester Street and Moorhouse Avenue, lie was taken in an ambulance to the Hospital, where his injuries, which were not serious, were-attended to. Yesterday a man ' named Charles Lavatt, living at Highstead Road, Papanui, was attended at the Hospital for a severed artery, caused, by an accidental cut while killing sheep.- H© was quickly attended to and was able to return home.
