DUNEDIN, February 25. The action John Jamison v. Trustees of Chalmers Church, whs concluded in the Supreme Court to-day. The plaintiff asked .for the removal of the Deacons' Court of the congregation from the trusteeship of the church, and the appointment of other persons in their stead, and also asked for a declaration as to his rights and as to the rights of those in conformity with - him respecting the funds in the trust and further that tho Deacons' Court should pay the cost of the action.,* i.
