WEATHER FORECAST. Dominion Meteorologist's summary and 'forecast:—Misty and cloudy weather has prevailed with rain in many parts of the ccuntrv. Strong westerly winds have predominated, and the barometer has had a falling tendency. Present indications are for strong west to south-westerly winds, squally nt • times, cooler, changeable and showery weather generally. Barometer unsteady, but rising everywhere soon.
